Trail Information

Our trails are part of an extensive trail system managed by the Sawyer County Alliance in the beautiful northwoods of Wisconsin.  Riding in Sawyer County will take you through beautiful forests and across lakes, with plenty of fun spots to visit for food or beverages.

Many of our trails cross privately-owned property.  Without the generosity of these landowners, our trail system would be much smaller.  THANK YOU!

Respect the landowners by always staying on the marked trails and never littering.

We maintain over 175 miles of trails south and east of Hayward, Wisconsin, including trails near Lac Courte Oreilles, Grindstone Lake, Whitefish Lake, and the Chippewa Flowage.

TRAIL INFO

All snowmobiles operating on Wisconsin trails are required to display a Wisconsin trail pass.

Sno-Trails members are entitled to purchase discounted trail passes through AWSC.

Easy-to-read, durable trail maps are available for $2 at most business member locations.  You can also get the complete Sawyer County Trail map loaded onto your smartphone.  Download the Trail Treker app from your App Store.
